The manufacturing process of stainless steel pipes usually includes the following steps:
Production process
Material Selection:
Choose the right stainless steel material, usually choose 304, 316 and other stainless steel materials.
Hot rolled or cold drawn:
Stainless steel plates are hot-rolled or cold-drawn to make stainless steel tube blanks.
Rolling:
The stainless steel tube blank is rolled through a rolling machine to form the thickness and diameter of the pipe wall.
Weld:
The tube blank is welded, and TIG (argon arc welding) or arc welding is selected as needed.
Anneal:
The welded stainless steel pipe is annealed to improve the toughness and plasticity of the material.
Dressing:
Trim the stainless steel pipe to remove welding residue and clean the pipe wall.
Molding:
The trimmed stainless steel pipes are formed, and the shapes such as straight pipes and elbows are processed as needed.
Surface Treatment:
Surface treatment such as polishing and pickling is carried out on stainless steel pipes to improve appearance quality and corrosion resistance.
Quality:
Carry out quality inspection on the made stainless steel pipes to ensure that the products meet the standards and regulations.
Packing & Shipping:
The stainless steel pipes that have passed the quality inspection are packed and shipped by arrangement.
Product Applications
Stainless steel pipes have a wide range of applications in many fields because of their corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and beautiful appearance:
Construction industry: used in building structure, interior decoration, handrails, railings, etc.
Industrial field: used in chemical pipelines, oil pipelines, plumbing pipelines, heat exchangers, etc.
Food industry: used in food processing equipment, pipeline transportation, food storage, etc.
Medical field: used in medical devices, surgical instruments, medical gas pipelines, etc.
Automobile manufacturing: used in automobile exhaust pipes, body structures, fuel tanks, etc.
Aerospace: used in the aer
